Terms of Service

These terms are a practical draft for Hoorly operations and should be legally reviewed before full public launch.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hoorly. By using Hoorly, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use dating and social networking services in your location.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for your account, profile content and interactions. Use accurate information, keep your login secure and do not impersonate others.

3. Community rules

Do not harass, threaten, exploit, spam, scam, stalk, share non-consensual intimate content, promote hate, upload illegal content, solicit minors, scrape the service or bypass safety systems. See the Community Guidelines for more detail.

4. Content

You keep ownership of content you upload, but you give Hoorly the rights needed to host, display, moderate and operate that content in the app. You must have the rights and consent needed for anything you upload.

5. Safety and moderation

Hoorly may review, restrict, remove, hide or preserve content and accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention or platform integrity. Serious violations may result in permanent account closure.

6. Paid features

Some features may require Hoorly+ or in-app purchases. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the applicable app store and payment provider rules.

7. Account deletion

You can request account deletion in the app. Deletion is permanent. Hoorly may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, payment, security or moderation reasons.

8. Service availability

Hoorly is provided as available. Features may change, pause or be removed. We work to keep the service safe and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
